In a related topic to the previous Terrapin thread.
I attended a show at the Alladin 3-26-83 where they performed the 1st verse of the Other One, segued into drums and space and then performed verse 2. It was a great idea and I was disappointed that I never witnessed it again in over 200 shows. As far as I know this is the only time they split The Other One with Brent or Vince. I am sure that Phil has probably done this, and I think the GD might have done this a few times in the 60's and early 70's.

I thought maybe they had tried it during the brief period of time that Cryptical Envelopment was rekindled, but I checked a few of the shows and there doesn't appear to be any other ones that have split other ones.

Check out 8/6/71 Other One>MAMU>Other One. 12/5/71 Other One>Mexicali> Other One. These are absolutely incredible.

I love those two 71 shows as well. Back in '77 when I started in college and was at the begining of my long strange trip with the Boys, both those shows were among the first tapes I ever owned.
